The Delta Meadows project, located in Andheri (W), consists of two wings with a ground floor plus 16 typical floors, totaling approximately 100,000 square feet of built-up area. Our scope of work in cost consultancy encompasses quantity surveying, estimating, preparation of bills of quantities (BOQs), bar bending schedules (BBS), cost-to-complete analysis, and ERP integration. This comprehensive approach facilitates efficient project management and ensures effective control of construction costs.

The project consists of three high-rise towers with ground floors, eight podiums, and 45 typical floors, totaling approximately 13.7 lakh sq ft of built-up area. Our scope in cost consultancy includes quantity surveying, estimating, preparation of bills of quantities (BOQs), bar bending schedules (BBS), cost to complete analysis, and ERP integration. This comprehensive approach ensures effective project management and control of construction costs.

The project comprises two wings (Ground + 6 Floors) and three wings (Basement + Ground + 6 Floors), with a total built-up area of approximately 2.2 lakh square feet.
Our scope of work includes:

  • Quantity Surveying: Accurate measurement and tracking of project quantities.
  • Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQs): Detailed documentation of project costs.
  • Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for Reinforcement: Structuring and scheduling reinforcement work.
  • Work Orders: Preparation and issuance for various contractors.
  • Site Bill Verification: Checking subcontractor and main contractor bills, with verification and signoff for payment release.
  • Estimations and Cost Tracking: Preparing estimates based on quantities, and conducting fortnightly cost tracking based on actual work completed and payments made, ensuring an accurate balance of costs to complete.
  • Work Schedules and Cashflow Management: Developing work schedules and financial cashflow plans to facilitate timely project completion and financial control.
