Quantification of civil and finishing items for an Interchange Station near Proposed Jetty, part of the Mumbai Coastal Road Project. The project includes two basements and a Ground Floor, totaling approximately 1 lakh sq ft of Built-up Area.

The PMAY project in Titwala encompasses a total built-up area of approximately 5.5 lakh sq ft. This includes comprehensive calculations for one commercial building (G+2 floors), one amenity building (G+3 floors), and seven residential buildings (G+10 floors). Detailed quantification of civil and finishing items has been completed for each structure as part of the project requirements. The calculation for the tiling work design wastage of Tower 2, comprising a Stilt and 40 habitable floors, has been meticulously conducted for contractor M/s Rathod Enterprise. Additionally, the assessment has undergone scrutiny and validation by the client, Piramal Reality, to ensure accuracy for billing purposes and material reconciliation.

I worked out the Civil work quantities and prepared the Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for a 2-floor ashram project developed by Hindustan Unilever Limited for the contractor 'Punyaai Construction'.
